Falcon Instrument Cleaning Instructions:

Wash all instruments with water, soap, and a brush while wearing thick protective gloves, ensuring that all serrations and surfaces are completely free of blood or debris.

Immediately rinse any blood-contaminated instruments with cold water after use to prevent coagulation, which makes cleaning difficult and may allow microorganisms to survive sterilization.

Immerse instruments in a disinfectant solution and place them in an ultrasonic cleaner.

After ultrasonic cleaning, manually wash again, dry thoroughly, and pack before autoclaving.

Do not soak instruments in disinfectant for more than 10 minutes.

Avoid stacking instruments; place heavier ones at the bottom.

Separate damaged or corroded tools to prevent rust transfer.

Keep locks and joints open during cleaning and sterilization to ensure full disinfection.
